Day 1 : HANOI- HALONG BAY- LAN HA BAY ON ALISA CRUISE ( L/ D)

 

 

 

07:345– 08:20       Our driver and tour guide  will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

08:30             Departure to Halong Bay for 3.5 Hours and on the way you can enjoy the landscape of the the Red River Delta country side

10:00     Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes

12:00     Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor,  take break and welcome drink at Alisa Cruise Lounge before transfered to Alisa Cruise

12:15     Welcome to Alisa Cruise, enjoy welcome drink while our cruise manager give a brief introduction, safety guidelines bout Alisa Cruise. Check-in your cabin and  Start cruising and explore Halong Bay – one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:30     Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese and International dishes served, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

13.30     After Lunch continues to cruising exploration in HALONG BAY CRUISE  passing by Cua Van Floating Village, Tien Ong Cave, Trong Cave, Ho dong Tien, Luon cave

14:30     Arrival in Lan Ha Bay where you go kayaking on the bay in Tung Gau Area- The most beautiful area in Halong Bay with wild nature beauty.

15:00     Continued exploration the Lan Ha bay.

16:00     Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village. Travelers will have chance to visit Floating Pearl Farm and see how local people produce the great pearls. This Pearl Farm Village was established in 1995 by a Japanese organization, after years run by Japanese experts, it was transferred for Vietnamese. Our guide will show you round the farm and the museum there and explained how the process is done. You will pass a floating raft where some kinds of oyster pearls are grown and transplanted such as South Sea pearl, Tahitian Black Pearl,…etc. After that you will see a processing room where workers transplanting oysters and understand some precious species of pearl. The last, you could see one of the workers here opening an alive oyster in front of your eyes to see pearl in side and then have look their achievement in the showroom!

17:30     Come back to our Alisa Cruise and relax by enjoying Sun Set party with Juices, Cocktails, Red Vine and fruits on Pararoma Roof Bar.

 18:00- 18: 30      Join the cooking class guided directly by Chef of Alisa Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.

 19:30    Time for dinner enjoying special food on the cruise at Alisa Restaurant.

21:00     Evening entertainments: Relax at leisure; Beauty Spa Service; Enjoy night movie;  Play game on the cruise such as  cards game, chess, karaoke, squid fishing, and overnight on the Halong  Alisa Cruise

 

 

 

Day 2 : ALISA  CRUISE- HANOI ( B/L)

 

 

6:30        Early morning sun risers can enjoy Tai Chi le session on the sundeck. Tai chi also called Tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.

Coffee, tea and pastries for light breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape.

08:00     Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting. Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most biggest cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

9:40        Back to Alisa Cruise

10:00     Check-out and settle bills at receptionHaving brunch at Alisa Restaurant on boat

12:30     Return to Hanoi by comfortable air-con shuttle bus

14:30     Stopover in Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop

Halong Luxury Cruise Day Tour : 90 USD / 1 person

 

 

From 8.00- 8.15, our tour guide and luxury van will pick you up at your hotel, then start the trip with 3.5 hours/ 170km driving to Halong bay, on the middle way with the short break in 15 minutes, and then keep going to Halong bay.

 

 

 

At 12.00, Arrival Halong city and Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard & safety briefing & meet your crew for the day.

 

 

At 12.30, Cruising  and have lunch on the day cruise, you will pass by several icons of Ha Long Bay such  as Thumb Island, Cock Fighting Island, Incense Island which can be seen on the 200,000 VND note, Ba Hang Floating village and finally Dog Island.

 

 

 

About 3.5 hrs journey cruising through the emerald waters between the limestone outcrops and long corridors, visit Thien Cung cave (the cave of the heavenly palace famous for its stalagmites and stalactites) the cave has only opened to the public since 1998. It is a great time to visit the newly discovered Dau Go grotto “wooden stake cave”where in 1288 one of Vietnamese most famous Generals Tran Hung Dao amassed hundreds of stakes deep inside the cave prior to a battle with an invading Mongol army..

At 16.00, back to Halong city where our driver will be welcoming you again, and drive 3.5 hours for the same road back Hanoi.                      

 

At 19.30, finish the tour at your hotel, say goodbye with tour guide and driver, see you again!

Orchid Cruise Halong Tour 2 days

 

Day One : Hanoi Hotel – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay (Br/Lunch/Dinner)

 

At 9.00: You will be collected from Hanoi Old Quarter to take the highway to Dinh Vu Port, Haiphong where we arrive at around 11h30. You can take special tea at Orchid Cruise’s lounge by warm welcome.

 

12h00: Transfer by tender to the ORCHID CRUISE. On the way to the main boat, you will have a chance to see Cai Trap canal.

 

12h15: We welcome our guests onboard the ORCHID CRUISE and then check in, enjoy Welcome Drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and Cruise Manager, anchored in the south of Halong Bay, one of the ‘New Seven Wonders of Nature’ in a worldwide survey. Halong Bay is steeped in culture from hundreds of years ago. The bay has remained unchanged for centuries, with beautiful seas and impressive islands.

 

12h40: Your Halong Bay Cruise boat proceeds to Da Chong islet, where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago. We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets of Con Vit and Gia Luan. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Thoi Quyt area – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Van to Ba Trai Dao area.

 

14h45: We progress to Ba Trai Dao beach area of Lan Ha Bay a separate part of Halong Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam. The region is known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty, having about 400 fascinating islands. Unlike the main, Ha Long Bay, the islands of Lan Ha Bay are forested, and most are small in stature.

 

15h00: We take you for a trip in the small coracles, used by fishermen for centuries. You will learn how they go about their trade, casting the nets, whilst navigating the waters in their tiny craft.

Alternatively you may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or simply just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay, in the Ba Trai Dao area (this program applies between the months of April and November).

 

 

 

In the winter months, (December to March) Tourists instead, may visit Viet Hai village with guide. You will take the bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people. Optional electric cart service is available (at an extra cost).

 

17h45: Returning your Halong Bay Cruise boat you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnam dishes. In the early evening the boat has its Happy Hour deal.

 

19:30: Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

 

21h30: Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, watching a movie in the restaurant or register for our massage services. Overnight on Orchid Cruise Halong Tour 2 days.

Day Two : Discover Halong Bay – Dark&Bright Cave – back Hanoi (Br/Lunch)

 

06h00: Why not rise early to witness the bay at its very best whilst enjoying an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck; after which we serve breakfast. Upon completing breakfast continue our journey and head out in canoes to explore the bay in the area where the Toi Sang cave is situated.

 

9h45: Visitors then return to your Halong Bay Cruise boat for check-out procedures.

 

10h15: Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful brunch.

 

11h45: We return to the quay side in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark.

 

12h10: We bid farewell at Dinh Vu port, this is the end of the program. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey.

 

15h00: Back to your drop-off point in Hanoi.
